Best wishes, etc

Hi,
Here's to a great 2008... and hoping we have another reunion in the first six months.
Why don't we create a directory of acjians on this site? We already have a few email ids and phone numbers.
Fiona (Fernandez) from Bombay (5th batch) was in Bangalore yesterday. She's with the Essar group (publishers of TimeOut magazine). Fio is also the author of two quiz books and a recent work called 'Ten Heritage Walks of Mumbai' (Rupa; Rs 395) which offers you perspectives of Bombay that you would never have known otherwise. Check it out.
Meanwhile, I found this interesting article online. This was in The Hindu, written by an acjian (John Paul) and quotes his classmate :).

acj's micro-communities...

Archana had come down to Bangalore in September. She's in Bombay with Bloomberg. Incidentally, Nandu from our (fifth) batch was in Kerala at the same time and we persuaded him to join us. We wandered around the usual hang-outs -- lunch at Koshy's; tea at Kohinoor.
Nandu is on an Erasmus scholarship in Europe and won an award for his paper on new communication media in Islam.
I've uploaded the pdf file of his thesis on our Google group site.

Jab We Met

ACJ-Bangalore alumni and faculty came together for a reunion in Bangalore on 15 December 2007. And we decided we needed a blog.

So here's where we can post information, news, gossip, and pictures that we'd like to share with our collective.

Happy posting!
